Something else to look at are BidiX's TiddlyWiki plugins that make it a server-side application with group-ware features, file locking, file uploads, etc. I think that it is missing one or two elements, like tiddler locking, which would make it an incredible tool. I have wireframed a couple of sites with both BidiXTW and vanilla TW. For a brochure-ware type site, these options present an incredibly flexible content space with the slickest UI I have seen. ken Hi Amy,

It's pretty cool but I find that it really doesn't fit the way I organize the stuff I need to do. Probably because I would have to have constant access to a computer (which I don't have) to access the file, which is why I prefer my paper planner to the GTDTiddlyWiki, because I can carry my planner everywhere. [Have you read David Allen's book? (I've been a GTD follower for about a year now)?] But if the people you're supporting have access to computer pretty easily, a Tiddly file on a USB key would work. Tho' I find that some people hesistant to learn the mark-up needed to format Tiddly entries. As for notetaking, I find that most of my classmates, who bring laptops to class and stuff, still use Word to take notes. Like using a TiddlyWiki would be more efficient, since you can tag entries and etc. but i know alot of my classmates probably wouldn't want to learn how to use Tiddly wiki.
